The Original Inspiration
Our flower essences are prepared using the original technique developed by Dr. Edward Bach. Additionally, our founder, Lila Devi, incorporated the teachings of the great Indian Guru and Sage, Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi.
In his teachings, Yogananda discussed health and healing, including the concept of magnetism, which governs the movement of our inner energy. Energy flows where magnetism directs it. Consider a magnetic bar: energy flows along the alignment of the molecules within the bar. This principle applies to our flower essences as well. Our energy vibrationally aligns with the energy of the flower essences, helping us to develop spiritual qualities.
Psychological and Spiritual Qualities
Yoganandaji teaches that the food we eat possesses its own life force (prana). Consequently, the food we consume plays a crucial role in shaping our thoughts. For example, when we eat a pear, we also absorb the “vibrational vitamins” of the fruit. The life force of the plant and fruit is concentrated in the blossoms, and botanists agree that flowers contain 90% of the plant's life force. Therefore, we draw directly from the primary source of prana!
