Refund Policy

Order Change / Cancellation

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests anytime before we ship your order. Once the shipment is picked up by our courier partner, we can not cancel or change order.

Returns / Exchange

These products are non-returnable once shipped. We can offer you a refund or exchange before shipping.

If the product reaches damaged, we need to know within 12-24 hrs after you have received the same. You must send us an email with a video of the package before opening and during opening it, with the damaged product visible, at flower.essences.india@gmail.com. Our customer management team will assess and reply back with the decision to replace the product and/or offering a discount coupon on your next order. 

In case of replacement, we will ship you the same product without any extra charge. We will not change the order.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. 

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner  and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yfe.directo@gmail.com and follow the instruction given by email.

Price Range

At Yoganandas Essences, we have customised pricing according to the products sold by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. Typically the range of transactions on our website varies from INR 250 to INR 5,000.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

Shopping Cart

Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the current price displayed on the item’s product details page. Please note: This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Cart.

Our merchandise/service is offered for sale by Yogananda Flower Essences Company for your personal use and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.
