Date flower Essence

Date Essence stimulates tender sweetness. 

Date encourages seeing others as friends and helps to neutralize a sour disposition, fostering tolerance in those who are prone to judgment. It brings out the gentle side in children who may be whiny or clingy, and it helps domineering pets become more accepting of other animals in the household.

How to use date essence:

Take several drops, several times a day (2-4 drops, 3-4 times minimum), sublingually/under the tongue. You can also add 16 drops to a 16-oz./500ml water bottle. Sip it throughout the day.

Affirmations are an integral part of YFE. Saying the corresponding affirmations when you take your flower essences will greatly enhance their benefits.
