About Dr. Mona

Mona is an Ananda Kriyaban and “first-wave” Certified Practitioner of Yogananda Flower Essences. She has treated thousands of patients as a Consultant Psychiatrist and Parent Educator for more than a decade. She is also a published researcher and blogger and has been featured in Hindustan Times and other magazines, including Outlook.

Mona has conducted numerous workshops for schools, corporations, medical associations and also hosts monthly online webinars about Holistic Health. She was instrumental in establishing Living Wisdom School in India, both as a teacher and 
a parent.
