Refund Policy

Order Change / Cancellation

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests  anytime before we ship your order. Once the shipment is picked up by our courier partner, we can not cancel or change order.

Returns / Exchange

These products are non-returnable once shipped. We can offer you a refund or exchange before shipping.

If the product reaches damaged, we need to know within 12-24 hrs after you have received the same.  Please send us an email with pictures of the damaged product at flower.essences.india@gmail.com. Our customer management team will assess and reply back with the decision to replace the product.

We will ship you the same product without any extra charge. We will not change the order.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. 

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner  and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at flower.essences.india@gmail.com and send your item to: Apt#2, Plot #20, Bhosale Nagar, Pune-411007
